Buy land, a home or a commercial unit through your own Romanian company — from small plots upward, with the title, cadastre and planning checked before a price is discussed.
We find it, buy it through your company, let it and run it — you receive the rent.
Residence route
The D/AC commercial-activity route: a Romanian company, a qualifying investment and new full-time jobs. Property can form part of the investment, but owning property is not the qualification.
